We are seeking a Guest Experience Consultant to join our team based at Parramatta Square in Western Sydney. This is a permanent part-time opportunity where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client and workplace experiences in a fast-paced, professional environment. Whether you’re looking to build on your experience or take the next step into corporate client services, this role offers the chance to develop your skills in a supportive, collaborative team that values excellence and continuous growth.

 

What will your typical day look like?

  • Day to day you will be at the heart of our client experience, ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and memorable. You’ll be supporting the day-to-day operations of the client floor, preparing meeting and event spaces, and delivering premium service across food, beverage, and workplace environments.
  • You’ll also act as a key point of contact for clients, visitors and internal teams—managing bookings, responding to enquiries, and anticipating guest needs before they arise. From greeting guests at the Welcome Desk to collaborating with Workplace, AV and internal teams, your role will be varied, hands-on, and central to creating a high-quality experience.

  • Our Guest Experience team is a high-performing, collaborative group dedicated to delivering premium service across Deloitte’s workplaces. Based in our Parramatta Square office, the team works closely with internal stakeholders and clients to create seamless, high-impact experiences.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, client services, or a similar customer-facing role
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest and client experiences
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and a commitment to high service standards
  • Experience supporting events, catering, or workplace services (desirable)
  • Confidence handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support others
