What will your typical day look like?

You would be involved in prototyping and developing new applications, using current and new technologies; adherence with architecture and technology standards, software re-use policies, and compliance requirements; evaluation and assessment of emerging technologies

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in software development (Microsoft .NET and SQL Server environment)

  • Exposure to new and emerging technologies (ie intelligent automation, virtual assistants, etc)

  • You’re a strong team player and an effective communicator with a keen desire to learn and try new things

  • Exposure of industry trends and technology

  • Understanding of hardware, networks, software technologies and applications

  • University degree or equivalent qualifications preferably in an IT or Business-related field


The successful candidate will be exposed to multiple projects, each belonging to an internal project portfolio (e.g. Quality & Risk, Talent, Legal…) or a Business Unit project portfolio (e.g. Consulting, Tax & Legal…).


About the team 

The Strategy and Transformation Office (STO) provides broad subject matter expertise, advice, and strategy, while championing consistency in execution across the firm. We are charged with leading from the front to drive the firm’s transformation agenda. In this period of ongoing change in workplace practices, we are looking for an inquisitive individual who understands technology and the opportunities that it can enable, and can contribute to a team that is focused on workplace transformation.
