Deep dive into an organisation’s governance and operating models to understand the nuts and bolts of its systems, processes and culture. We help clients take apart, design and rebuild their strategy, governance, risk and operating models – embedding data and automation – to set them up for success in delivering on their objectives and compliance with regulations.
What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same in the Workplace Relations Advisory team. On a typical project, you’ll start off by engaging with clients to really get an understanding of their strategic challenges, opportunities, and how you can help them. You’ll dive into their business, and through your workplace relations insights and expertise, help your clients to align their workplace relations strategy to their organisational strategy, navigate organisational transformation and change, and manage regulatory risk and compliance with workplace relations obligations. Don’t worry, you'll have 100% support from the team as you pick up these new skills! Once you’ve discovered how our clients can improve their management of workplace relations risk, you’ll get to develop tailored recommendations and solutions for the client. Pretty cool, right?
