What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same in this fast-paced and people-centric role. As a Workforce Management Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, working to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. You’ll balance business needs with individual career goals to create optimal resourcing solutions—helping us deliver impactful outcomes for our clients while supporting our people’s development.
You’ll be the go-to for workforce planning and deployment across the Technology & Transformation team. From analysing capacity data and managing engagement conflicts, to identifying skill gaps and providing strategic insights to leadership—you’ll be across it all. You’ll also maintain our resourcing systems, lead strategic planning conversations, and work closely with Talent, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to align resourcing with business priorities. Beyond the numbers, your people skills will shine through as you build relationships, support practitioner career development, and play a key role in onboarding and inducting new team members.

You’ll join a close-knit and collaborative Workforce Management team that’s embedded within the Technology & Transformation business—one of our most dynamic and fast-evolving areas. We’re a group of proactive, solutions-focused professionals who thrive on complexity and teamwork. We work across a diverse, high-performing group of consultants and leaders, making a direct impact on project delivery, capability development, and strategic growth.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You may have all or some of the following skills and experiences:

3 – 4 years experience in workforce management, staffing, or scheduling—ideally within a professional services environment

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of discretion when handling sensitive matters

Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills, with intermediate skills in PowerPoint

Extremely organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

A calm, confident presence under pressure, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A collaborative spirit and willingness to work with cross-functional teams, including offshore teams

A passion for supporting others, helping people grow, and driving strategic conversations about workforce capability

Familiarity with STAFFIT or other resource scheduling systems (preferred but not essential)
