We are looking for an experienced Transformation Lead professional to join our Automation Centre of Excellence in Sydney, driving process transformation and operational excellence across complex organisations. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities to standardise, optimise and reimagine key processes, using modern approaches such as process mining and data-led transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to help organisations unlock efficiency, improve performance, and build scalable processes for the future.

 

What will your typical day look like?

  • In this role, you’ll be working with stakeholders across multiple teams to understand how their processes operate today and where meaningful improvements can be made. You’ll combine process analysis, data insights and strong stakeholder engagement to design and deliver transformation initiatives that create measurable value.
  • Day to day you will be analysing current state processes, identifying opportunities for standardisation and re-engineering, and working alongside teams to implement improved ways of working. You’ll also leverage process mining tools and analytics to uncover inefficiencies, validate improvements and ensure benefits are realised. Along the way, you’ll help embed new processes by facilitating workshops, building clear documentation, and supporting teams through change.

 

About the team

  • You’ll be joining a collaborative Automation Centre of Excellence focused on helping organisations transform how work gets done. The team brings together expertise across automation, process improvement and digital transformation to solve complex operational challenges.
  • Working alongside experienced transformation specialists, you’ll contribute to large-scale improvement initiatives and help establish best-practice process frameworks that enable organisations to operate more efficiently and effectively.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

  • 5+ years of experience in process transformation, business process improvement, or operational excellence

  • Experience driving process standardisation or re-engineering initiatives across complex organisations

  • Strong knowledge of process mapping, analysis methodologies, and frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma

  • Hands-on experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio or similar platforms

  • Experience analysing process performance using data and translating insights into actionable improvements

  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation

  • Experience facilitating workshops and guiding teams through change and adoption of new processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or similar disciplines; certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or BPM are highly regarded
