What will your typical day look like?
The Team Designer (Senior Consultant level) contributes to shaping design approaches and delivering high-quality design work within an agile Brand and Marketing team. This role collaborates closely with the Team Leader, Design Lead, business partners, and strategists to ensure design outputs align with business and brand strategy. The Team Designer embraces agile ways of working, actively participates in agile ceremonies, and supports the continuous improvement of team processes and creative outcomes, leads design projects end-to-end, and presents creative concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to Design Approaches & Frameworks
- Support the development and execution of design rationales, treatments, and frameworks for multi-channel campaigns.
Deliver Quality Design Work
- Produce well-crafted, ideas-led design outputs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Presentation
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine design solutions.
- Develops client and stakeholder relationships.
Work Collaboratively Within the Team
- Partner with the Team Leader, Design Lead, and business partners to align design work with strategic goals.
Embed Agile Ways of Working
- Adopt agile practices within design delivery and contribute actively to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, for efficiency and increased productivity.
Support Team Culture and Development
- Foster a positive team environment and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Risk & Quality Awareness
- Identify potential risks to design quality or delivery and raise these proactively. Ensure compliance with brand and quality standards.
Deliver Quality Design Work
- Contribute to the production of creative design assets that meet brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
Support Design Approaches
- Assist in developing design rationales and treatments under direction from senior designers.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback.
Embed Agile Ways of Working
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support increased productivity and efficiency.
Contribute to Team Culture
- Engage positively with the team, supporting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Awareness of Quality and Risk
- Follow established processes to maintain quality and raise any potential issues or risks to senior team members.

The Team Designer (Senior Consultant level) reports to the Team Leader and works closely with the Design Lead within the agile Brand and Marketing squad.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality design work within a multi-channel marketing environment.
- Solid understanding of agile principles and experience working in agile teams.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong design skills with attention to detail and brand consistency manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as the Microsoft Office suite. Animation skills and experience in Canva will be well regarded.
- Strong print and digital production skills, adhering to technical requirements and best practices, with the ability to take a design from concept to completion
