We are currently seeking a Manager to join our Talent Operations team.


About the role 
Your role will be integral to the successful transformation of Talent processes and HRIS (Successfactors). You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Talent and the business, including Talent, Finance, IT, Client Experience, Partner Services and Immigration, following our "One Deloitte" approach.

A typical week will be varied, but usually include: 

  • Managing ongoing transformation projects involving end-to-end implementation of process improvements (including the expansion of offshored services) and participation in multi-disciplinary Portfolio Delivery Team (PDT) projects.
  • Managing the ongoing enhancement of Cirrus, working closely with the ITS Cirrus Support team, including stakeholder consultation, requirements analysis, prioritisation, testing execution and sign-off.
  • Working closely with our offshore Talent Services team to deliver high quality and timely service to numerous onshore teams.
  • Identifying and developing solutions or temporary workarounds to resolve system/process problems.
  • Reviewing and drafting various communications that support the delivery of Talent Operations led processes.
  • Managing stakeholder/employee queries and suggestions effectively.

 

About the team 
The Talent Operations team may be small, but we deliver a lot!  We manage a continuous pipeline of critical projects and BAU activities, pivoting our focus to meet dynamic internal and external requirements, as we strive to deliver on being ‘Brilliant at the Basics’, whilst applying a ‘People and Digital First’ approach.

Although we do not spend a lot of our time face to face, we are a strong team who support each other and pitch in to do whatever is needed to get the job done; supporting the transformation of Deloitte’s employee experience and the Firm’s digitisation agenda.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. 
You will have: 

  • A proven track record in managing the identification, design and implementation of transformational/process improvements in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong operational knowledge of Cirrus/SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS), knowledge of other Talent technologies is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven expertise in balancing innovation and the user experience with technology constraints and legislative requirements, to build the best, fit for purpose solution. 
  • Experience in a fast paced, growth environment, with a proven ability to pivot your focus.
  • Proven ability to be hands-on and collaborative in problem resolution or service delivery to get the job done.
  • Strong talent operational management experience
  • Proven project management expertise
  • Strong strategic thinking, while paying attention to detail
  • Collaborative work style and experience working with offshore teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analytics
  • Experience in a HR Generalist role is desirable.
