Are you passionate about uplifting the employee experience through engaging communications and content? We’re seeking an exceptional Talent Communications Consultant to join the Deloitte Communications, Media and Corporate Affairs (CMC) team in the Talent Communications pillar.
This role will support the planning, creation and delivery of employee communications across our internal and external digital channels. 

 

What will your typical day look like?

In the Talent Communications team, every day is different as we help you find your spot on the Green Dot. You’ll be working with our leaders in the Talent portfolio on communications aligned with our people strategy, employee value proposition, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and our Deloitte Experience. You’ll also get the chance to support the broader CMC team with strategic firmwide communications.

 

Day to day, you’ll help with:

  • Developing and executing communications and campaigns, including copywriting, storytelling, and digital and social content planning

  • Supporting internal and external Talent executive ‘voices’ across channels

  • Managing communications plans and calendars

  • Project managing major internal Talent and DEI events

  • Providing strategic communications advice to senior stakeholders and incorporating their feedback.

  • Monitoring dashboards and contributing to reports to provide real-time feedback on the efficacy of communications.

About the Team

The Communications, Media and Corporate Affairs (CMC) team use storytelling and creative communications to elevate the Deloitte brand, with holistic and consistent communications across all internal and external channels.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • 2-3 years of communications experience (ideally B2B)

  • Passion for the Talent/People/DEI space

  • A collaborative and adaptable growth mindset

  • A strategic communicator who works deftly across all channels and platforms

  • Creative and strong knowledge of digital marketing/content marketing

  • Excellent written and communication skills, including narrative development and storytelling

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and project management experience

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly focused professional services environment.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience
