People Analytics Analyst

What will your typical day look like?
We’re looking for an experienced Analyst to join our Talent Insights & Solutions team, to help us transform the way we deliver insights from people analytics. Your role will be to enhance our core people data infrastructure by designing, developing and maintaining a people data warehouse and using your SQL/server skills to load, extract and transform data to support current business reporting and operational Talent dashboards. This is a hands-on, tactical people data role, working alongside a growing specialist team.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. 
You’re someone with: 

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Tableau development 
  • Strong SQL coding 
  • Exposure to data / data environments / databases / large data sets
  • Demonstrated ETL / Data Mapping / Modelling experience 
  • Passion for data analysis and governance
  • High attention to detail
  • Curious nature to investigate current state and provide innovative solutions to potential hurdles
  • A team player who shows flexibility and a pro-activeness to deliver outcomes
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and translate between technical and non-technical terms.
