Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) team

The Deloitte Supply Chain & Procurement team provides a dynamic environment where you will work on challenging projects across a range of ASX-listed and private client organisations.

There has never been a more exciting—or more complex—time to be working in Supply Chain & Procurement. Ongoing supply chain disruption, cost escalation, decarbonisation pressures, and a renewed focus on local capability are fundamentally reshaping how organisations plan, move, and deliver goods and services.

Within the Supply Chain & Procurement team, we help Australia’s leading organisations respond to these challenges by combining critical thinking, leading practices, proven methodologies, and Deloitte’s global expertise.

Our work spans the full breadth of Supply Chain & Procurement—from strategy and operating model design through to process optimisation, supply chain technology advisory and implementation, and ongoing operate services. You will work alongside leading practitioners nationally and globally, accelerating your development while bringing the best of Deloitte’s global capability to our clients.

Our team continues to grow rapidly in response to strong market demand for experienced leaders who can solve complex, real-world supply chain problems.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager you will:

  • Work with a high-performing team of like-minded colleagues committed to helping clients improve supply chain resilience, productivity, profitability, and ESG outcomes.
  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders on their most critical and complex supply chain challenges.
  • Lead and support clients on their Supply Chain Technology journeys, providing guidance on appropriate solutions and operating models, and overseeing the delivery of technology-enabled transformation across areas such as planning, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Shape and lead project teams, balancing strategic direction with hands-on delivery within your area of expertise.
  • Draw on Deloitte’s unique strengths across design thinking, digital, data and analytics, Deloitte Access Economics, and our global consulting network.
  • Play an active role in building the Supply Chain & Procurement practice—contributing to culture, capability development, diversity and inclusion, and the growth of our people.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to business development, helping shape future engagements and long-term partnerships.

A career in Supply Chain & Procurement means working alongside Australia’s leading organisations on problems that genuinely matter—no two days are the same.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

    • Supply Chain Planning (e.g. demand, supply, IBP, S&OP)
    • Warehouse Operations and WMS
    • Transportation, logistics and TMS
  • Demonstrated experience delivering technology-enabled supply chain transformation, including shaping solution approaches, supporting implementations, and ensuring business value is realised.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams, coach junior practitioners, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders at ASX-listed or equivalent organisations.
