Strategy and Transformation Manager
Sydney, NSW, AU
Job Requisition ID: 41803
-
Own and evolve the technology that powers Deloitte's enterprise transformation program, using AI-assisted development to lift pace, visibility and execution.
-
Thrive in an innovative, collaborative people culture
-
Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters
This Sydney-based role is a chance to shape how Deloitte delivers its strategic priorities, sitting at the centre of transformation, technology and enterprise execution.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you'll lead the ongoing evolution of Deloitte's transformation management platform - owning the product roadmap, platform configuration, automation and user experience end to end. That includes building dashboards, refining workflows, improving data quality and using AI coding tools to create practical solutions that make the platform more useful as the firm's transformation agenda evolves.
A big part of your impact will come from helping leaders make better decisions with clearer visibility across complex initiatives. You'll support reporting, documentation and governance that brings structure and momentum to firmwide programs, while making sure the underlying data, processes and tooling are reliable, intuitive and fit for purpose.
Working across the Strategy & Transformation Office, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, program leads and external vendors to identify enhancements, prioritise changes and drive adoption. The pace is varied and hands-on, with plenty of room to influence how the team works, spot opportunities for digitisation or simplification, and build new capabilities that improve delivery across the portfolio.
About the team
The Strategy & Transformation Office provides the structure, discipline and visibility needed to deliver Deloitte's overarching strategy. The team works across major firmwide initiatives that improve customer experience, operational excellence and organisational effectiveness, helping the business accelerate transformation and sustain long-term growth.
Enough about us, let's talk about you
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
-
Experience owning a product end to end, including roadmap prioritisation, configuration, onboarding and continuous improvement
-
Confidence using AI coding tools to build automations, scripts or interfaces, even without a formal engineering background
-
Strong program or project management capability, ideally supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives
-
Familiarity with relational data models and how linked records, lookup fields and rollups support reliable reporting
-
The ability to work across a large, matrixed organisation and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
-
Strong facilitation and communication skills, including running training, onboarding and requirements workshops with non-technical users
-
Experience translating business needs from multiple stakeholders into a clear, prioritised delivery roadmap
-
Exposure to executive reporting, program lifecycle management or vendor relationship management would be valuable
