This newly-created role will sit within the Strategy & Transformation Office (STO) business unit, however it is uniquely positioned in that it will support both firmwide and Consulting initiatives. You will be a strategic partner to the Chief of Staff, supporting both the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and the Managing Partner, Consulting.
You’ll help drive firmwide and business unit initiatives, optimise operations, and facilitate effective decision-making across both portfolios. This role is designed for someone eager to grow, with exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the firm’s priorities.
What will your typical day look like?
You’ll work closely with senior leaders on a daily basis to help shape and execute strategic agendas, design and deliver executive sessions, and create high-impact materials for executive audiences. You’ll also play a key role in project management and change management as you support transformation governance and adoption across the organisation. Specifically you will:
- Design and facilitate executive sessions, workshops, and forums to drive alignment and accelerate decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, communications and materials, distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Drive stakeholder management through the ownership and development of targeted communication / engagement plans and supporting artefacts and materials.
- Manage and coordinate strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with firmwide priorities.
- Provide operational support, including governance, reporting, and action prioritisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for the Chief of Staff, escalating issues and contributing to strategic problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to progress initiatives.
- Drive cultural initiatives within the STO, including All Hands and social connections.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities; enabling you to bring structure to complexity and ambiguity and drive outcomes.
- Strong project/program management skills, with experience driving multiple priorities in parallel.
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills, with a track record of creating impactful executive materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels
- Self-starter, proactive and comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- Professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Collaborative, and results-oriented team player, with a high attention to detail.
- Experience in transformation or change management highly-valued.
