You’ll work across the full UKG ecosystem, supported by specialists in timekeeping, advanced scheduling, forecasting, analytics, reporting and integrations.

What will your typical day look like?
As a Specialist Lead within our Workforce Payroll Solutions team, you will play a key role delivering UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) implementation programs for leading organisations.
You’ll combine deep product expertise with consulting capability to design and deliver workforce technology solutions that integrate seamlessly within a client’s broader HR and payroll technology landscape.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and architecting UKG Pro WFM solutions aligned to client business needs
- Facilitating client workshops to capture and translate workforce management requirements
- Advising on best use of UKG functionality, integrations and user experience
- Configuring and supporting the implementation of UKG WFM modules
- Guiding clients through complex workforce design decisions
- Collaborating with project teams to deliver solutions aligned to project timelines
- Mentoring team members and contributing to capability development across the UKG practice
- Staying up to date with the latest UKG releases, innovations and certifications
Our teams typically work across one to three projects at a time, allowing you to focus on delivering meaningful outcomes and high-quality solutions for clients.

What you’ll bring
- Proven experience working with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) as a lead consultant or practitioner.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional workforce technology solutions
- Specialist knowledge in one or more WFM areas such as:
- Time & Attendance
- Optimised Rostering
- Forecasting
- Activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across client delivery projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related disciplines (advantageous)
