We are looking for people across the many aspects of the SAP Cloud-Based Solution focussing on your technical and functional experience.

 

You will have experience with:

 

  • A minimum 5 years’ experience within the SAP SuccessFactors technical and functional.
  • Functional knowledge in SF Employee Central and EC Payroll would be an advantage.
  • Project experience in implementation is imperative.
  • Interacting and engaging effectively through workshops and meetings with the different stakeholders and team members to deliver a world class HR Transformation solution.
  • Meeting your project deliverables through meeting your individual deadlines and ensuring project scope is maintained.
  • Data migration experience would also be beneficial.

What will your typical day look like?

 

As a SAP SuccessFactors consultant, your day to day you might be:

  • Consulting with the client, designing and building HR/Payroll solutions.
  • Lead or participate in workshops with business owners to gather requirements or validate solution.
  • Managing client expectations on deliverables and timelines.
  • Project documentation including requirements, configuration and user guides.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users or HR teams to help them understand the system.

You will have the following:

 

  • Strong knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors functional/technical landscape.
  • Strong level of experience in gathering, assessing and developing the requirements from business owners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service focused and problem-solving approach.
  • An excellent communicator who is able to convey system configurations to a business language which can be understood by the business users.
  • A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new functionalities, adapt to a client’s changing needs and project scopes.
  • A team player who works well with other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Analytical mindset that is able to translate complex business requirements into system configurations.
  • Experience in working across multiple projects at any one time.
  • Degree in Computer Science field, Engineering, Business or Human Resources.
