What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same. As a ServiceNow Developer in our high-performing Application Services team, you’ll be at the heart of shaping smart, scalable solutions that directly support our broader business strategy. You’ll design and build innovative ServiceNow capabilities, set best-practice standards, and continuously improve how we deliver value.
Working in fast-paced Agile squads, you’ll collaborate closely with passionate technologists and business leaders, turning ideas into real-world solutions through rapid, iterative delivery. From solving complex challenges to driving platform innovation, your work will have visible impact — and you’ll see it come to life every day.
Responsbilities:
- Design and build impactful ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise-wide transformation

Develop and enhance custom apps, workflows and integrations, following best-practice standards

Support platform administration, upgrades and optimisation, keeping ServiceNow running smoothly

Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems, review code and improve performance
- Translate business needs into well-designed technical solutions, including prototypes and demos

Create clear technical documentation and solution designs to support delivery and knowledge sharing

Participate across the full SDLC — from design and testing through to deployment and review

Continuously improve the platform by exploring new ServiceNow features and capabilities

Collaborate with and learn from senior developers, while supporting and guiding junior team members as you grow

Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration, including scripting, scoped apps and Service Portal customisation

Strong foundations in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and REST APIs, with exposure to AngularJS and modern integration patterns

Experience building and troubleshooting custom widgets and workflows

Practical experience across key ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) (or the appetite to learn fast)

Understanding of the full development lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment and support

Ability to create clear technical documentation and solution designs that support team delivery
