What will your typical day look like?
As a member of our Service Reimagination team, you'll lead the discovery, development and deployment of transformation initiatives across our Business Units. Working closely with BU SMEs and our technical team, you'll help scope projects, gather requirements, shape PoC and MVP solutions, and manage delivery end-to-end.
In the discovery and scoping phase, you'll run or support offering-specific workshops, capture pain points and requirements, validate problem statements and workflows, and develop project briefs and plans. You'll also work with technical leads to assess feasibility and identify opportunities to reuse platforms and solutions such as AI Analyst, MyAssist and Copilot.
As initiatives move into design, build and deployment, you'll facilitate solution design sessions, manage backlog grooming and sprint planning, prepare demos, coordinate testing, and support onboarding and training. The role also flexes into ad-hoc work like low code and no code prototyping in Claude Cowork, navigating risk and cybersecurity approvals, contributing to reusable assets like the agentic layer, and helping shape the future pipeline through executive materials and demos.
About the team
Our Service Reimagination team is a specialist internal-facing team in the firm's Strategy & Transformation Office. We focus on using AI and other technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve consistency and quality, and create better experiences for both clients and practitioners. The assets and solutions we design aim to transform how our teams deliver engagements and services to clients.
To do this, we work closely with our internal Tech, Assets and GenAI (TAG) team, as well as teams across the firm including ITS, Q&R, Corporate Strategy and Innovation. We also collaborate with our Asia Pacific GenAI CoE, Microsoft, AWS, Google and global member firm counterparts to scope, plan and execute impactful tech-enabled transformation initiatives.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
- Experience in business transformation, operational improvement or project management / governance roles
- Comfort working with GenAI tools, low/no-code platforms or tech-enabled solutions
- Experience supporting or leading process improvement, service model redesign, or operating model transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations
- Experience facilitating workshops, presenting findings, and managing project deliverables
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment, managing multiple priorities, and working both independently and in teams
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
