You will work with your team and other Deloitte delivery teams to manage day to day delivery f, address issues that arise.

You will work with your team and other Deloitte delivery teams to manage day to day delivery, address issues that arise, work with clients on forward planning, and driving continuous improvement.

You will also play a key role in building team cohesion and morale, enhancing internal skills and capabilities, and building relationships with your client counterparts.

About the role  

Your role entails  leading  the Australia delivery team and collaborate with delivery teams based in other regions to meet client’s complex  requirements, including accountability for client satisfaction with the quality-of-service delivery and ongoing value delivered through the program.

You are someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performing complex accounting processes with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes in particular
• Experience in managing teams delivering finance and accounting activities at scale.
• Experience in a Managed Services environment preferably.
• Experience in the real estate sector preferably.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to work with teams overseas across different geographies
•  Dynamic and proactive attitude, i.e. someone who looks to ‘get things done’
• Experience in process reengineering or transformation programs in the Finance and Accounting space will be an added advantage.
