  • Help shape workforce decisions across Strategy, Risk & Transactions by matching capability to high-priority work spanning growth, M&A, AI, productivity and strategic risk.

  • Thrive in an innovative, collaborative people culture

  • Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters

This is a Senior Consultant opportunity to support Deloitte's Strategy, Risk & Transactions business by helping leaders make smart, commercially grounded workforce decisions that drive client outcomes and career growth.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll work closely with partners, directors and managers to plan workforce deployment across assigned portfolios, balancing demand, capability, utilisation and development needs. That means spotting risks early, resolving scheduling conflicts, and recommending practical resourcing solutions that support both the business and our people.

Using workforce data will be a big part of how you create impact. From utilisation and availability to capability gaps and pipeline trends, you'll turn data into clear reporting and insights that help leaders make better decisions, while using AI, analytics and digital tools to improve how workforce planning is done.

This role brings plenty of variety and visibility. Alongside day-to-day stakeholder partnership, you'll contribute to capability planning, mobility and development conversations, support fair and balanced deployment decisions, and help improve systems, reporting and ways of working across the Workforce Management team.
