What will your typical day look like?  

In our Sydney, AI & Data team, you will design and implement Business Intelligence solutions for our clients, and will leverage tools and skillsets geared around Analytics, Cloud Platforms, Data Compute and Storage platforms.

Leading small collaborative teams, you will help drive the modernisation of Data Ecosystems, from both a technical and cultural perspective. This could involve building transformation roadmaps, standing up automated reporting, migrating and governing data, and work on the next generation of cloud analytics platforms, to name just a few.

Our diverse Data & AI team comprises over 500 specialist practitioners across Australia, each of whom are constantly curious and excited about combining their business acumen and technological expertise to create data-centric solutions that help solve complex problems and transform or reinvent our client’s business.

Our Data & AI teamwork with public and private sector clients helping them to design and implement world leading solutions and capabilities. From solving air and ground transport network issues through our industry-first Optimal Reality digital twin solution, bringing automation capabilities to vaccine rollout programs, to helping our clients move to a sustainable world, we are the partner of choice for our clients and our alliance vendors.

Our technology relationships with market leading vendors such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Apple, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Informatica enable our practitioners to be at the forefront of new and emerging capabilities and to deliver our suite of services at scale. Enough about us, let’s talk about you.  

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

• 5 years+ in Technical Business Analysis and BI Development.
• Experience eliciting requirements for financial regulatory reporting
• Financial industry experience is highly regarded
• Stakeholder management with executive audiences
• Strong communication skills, can manage large workshops
• Experience successfully onboarding a complex solution to BAU business and technical stakeholders
• Leadership skills – oversight of small team and provide scoping, planning, and management to help the team be successful.
• Power BI (essential), and other BI tools such as Qlik and Tableau (nice to have).
• Experience with SQL is essential.
• Experience in Agile development and management.
• AWS / Azure experience and certifications highly regarded.
