About the Team

You’ll be joining a team of 17 Business Analysts within the ITS Project Delivery Group. The team is known for its supportive and collaborative culture, working across a diverse portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives that service the Firm’s internal Business Units.

With a strong focus on data, integration, and innovation, the team embraces continuous learning and regularly contributes to the Business Analysis Centre of Excellence. You’ll be surrounded by experienced professionals who value knowledge sharing, mentorship, and delivering impactful outcomes.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, your day will involve leading the business analysis stream across complex, data-centric projects. You’ll facilitate stakeholder workshops, define and document data and system integration requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to design scalable solutions.

You’ll also contribute to testing and validation and help integrate emerging technologies like Gen AI and intelligent automation into future-state solutions.

You are someone who has experience with:

With a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst, leading projects in a large enterprise environment, you will demonstrate:

• Proven ability to self-manage, prioritise competing demands, and deliver in fast-paced settings
• Strong experience in data analysis, system integration, and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A passion for emerging technologies and continuous improvement

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

• Expertise in data profiling, mapping, and transformation logic
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integration tools (Dell Boomi, Azure Data Factory)
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, or similar analytics platforms
• Understanding of data classification and cybersecurity principles
• Hands-on experience with SQL and AI-assisted analytics tools
• Tertiary qualification in a related field; IIBA CCBA certification (desirable)
