Senior Talent Consultant - 12 month fixed term contract

About the role 
No two days are the same as you collaborate with your client groups whilst working with Talent teams across Leadership & Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility, Employee Relations (ER) and Finance to deliver HR generalist support to our National Internal Client Services portfolio. With a focus on Employee Relations, business partnering and HR advice, this role offers the opportunity to also support national projects and help deliver employee life cycle experiences.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. 

You will have: 

  • HR Advisor experience with a strong background managing Employee Relations (ER).
  • A focus on business partnering and customer service
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to engage with a broad range of leaders
  • Deep understanding of Australian Employment Legislation
  • Experience of a fast paced, growth environment and the delivery of creative and innovative talent solutions
  • The ability to work in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong capability around analytical data, interpretation and analysis.
