What will your typical day look like?

Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be joining a team of passionate, innovative and talented Recruitment professionals who are focused on designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies that are market leading. Working within one of our various Business Units, you will be working to source, attract and engage either technology resources or broader Consulting skill set, as we focus on supporting an FY22 business plan.

•    Extensive experience in in talent acquisition in an internal corporate environment 
•    Strong understanding of the market with experience in hiring across a range of disciplines
•    An ability to pro-actively source candidates using a variety of creative methods
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment
•    A talent for managing multiple priorities while remaining focused on operational excellence
•    Tenacity and a consultative approach to providing solutions regarding challenging assignment
