What will your typical day look like?
Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition and Mobility, this pivotal role is part of the TA & Mobility leadership team for Australia. As the leader of our Strategic Sourcing team, you will drive the fulfilment of both immediate and future talent needs across experienced hire and early careers, aligned with our workforce plan. You will continuously evolve our sourcing strategies, employing innovative methodologies and tools, and leveraging our robust technology stack, which includes Avature CRM, AI Talent Intelligence Platform, LinkedIn Recruiter (and Talent Insights), Tableau, and more.
Collaborating closely with our leaders, you will deliver vital data, market intelligence, and insights to inform our talent acquisition strategy in line with business priorities. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you'll coach a team of Strategic Sourcing Specialists. Partnering with the Experienced Hire, Early Careers, Innovation & Enablement, and Employer Branding teams, you will engage and nurture pre-qualified talent pools, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that consistently attracts top-tier talent.

You are someone with:
• Proven leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or Strategic Sourcing, ideally from a technology environment.
• Track record of driving innovation by reimagining processes through curiosity and leveraging AI and technology automation.
• Expertise with engaging / developing Talent Communities via a CRM (or ATS).
• Detailed understanding of market & talent mapping, contemporary research, sourcing methodologies, and industry best practice related to Sourcing.
• Experience in an Executive Search role within either agency and/or internal/RPO environments.
• Deep understanding of the local and international job market, skills gap, and labour challenges.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights, effectively influencing business outcomes.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs and environments.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a history of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to persuasively articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating compelling business cases that clearly articulate ROI.
