What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Manager in our Change Management Practice, you will bring specific knowledge and expertise in organisational change management to deliver effective solutions to our clients. Some of your responsibilities may include:  

  • Supports the design and delivery of the Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities, i.e. change impact assessment, training, communications and stakeholder engagement related activities for large-scale ERP technology implementations e.g. SAP S4 Hana.
  • Analyses change impacts and defines appropriate change actions to ensure ongoing change readiness and accelerated user adoption
  • Develops targeted engagement and communications approaches in order to minimise resistance and foster commitment
  • Collaborates with the cross-functional teams on the design and delivery of a robust training / capability development program
  • Assists in establishing and executing role mapping processes, including the development and implementation of workforce transition and enablement approaches
  • Creates structured frameworks and plans to drive the execution of specific transformation initiatives
  • Facilitates ongoing knowledge transition and ongoing embedment (as required)
  • Previous experience in SAP S4 HANA and SAP functional modules (i.e. Finance, JVA, SCM) preferred, but not essential

You are someone with:

We are looking for professionals who have worked across multiple business domains / industries and have 3 - 5 years proven experience. Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

  • Organisational change management,
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications,
  • Technology Adoption – primary focus on SAP and/or Workday
  • Capability development,
  • Organisational design,
  • Workforce planning
