What will your typical day look like?
As a Workday Integration Senior Manager, your day will involve leading the development and delivery of Workday integrations, working closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement effective solutions. You’ll collaborate with third-party vendors, guide your team through technical challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of integration practices. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in business development, identifying new opportunities and supporting pre-sales efforts. Your work will be integral in ensuring the success of client projects and driving innovation within the team.

Our practice is growing and we’re keen to speak with individuals at all levels who have experience in integrating cloud-based ERP systems.
As a Workday Integration Senior Manager within Deloitte’s Technology and Transformation team, you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:
Client Work
- Lead the development, build and testing of Workday integrations
- Using your ERP and Financials experience to determine effective integration solutions
- Work with 3rd party vendors on integration solution
- Dependent on seniority, responsible for:
- Oversight of integration delivery
- Manage integration approach for design and build
- Work with client technology teams and architects to develop integrated solutions
- Directs team to design and build integrations
Practice Development
- Offering a strong and compelling point of view around integration approaches and design
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the delivery and innovation of integrations
- Actively involved in the running of the practice
Business Development
- Playing an active role in pre-sales and bid development
- Identification of on-sell opportunities through existing client engagements
- Actively contribute to the growth of the business by delivering sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience with at least 1 full life cycle cloud system implementation or the support and enhancement of a Workday system post go-live
- Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
Preferred:
- Workday Integration Certified, strongly preferred but not required
- Superior Communication Skills, both written and oral
