Join us as a Senior Manager in Experience Design, where you'll drive innovation with a customer-focused approach. Lead cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions, mentor junior talent, and champion a design-driven methodology. Deliver high-quality outputs while staying ahead of industry trends and technologies, including Gen AI and Agentic AI, to ensure our designs are both cutting-edge and impactful.

 

What will your typical day look like

Taking a customer-centric approach, you’ll be responsible for working with clients right across their sales, service and marketing functions, collaborating with amazing experts across disciplines to innovate and solve some of the most exciting problems for our clients and their customers. 

As well as this, you will:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through discovery, design and delivery activities
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on client engagements
  • Apply a design-led approach to solve client problems
  • Create high quality deliverables which deliver on project outcomes, including: 
    • Designing & running workshops and co-creation sessions 
    • Reviewing existing systems and processes to identify issues, opportunities and improvements 
    • Scope and plan the approach for a range of client projects, including selection of the most appropriate and up-to-date tools and techniques including Gen Ai and Agentic AI 
    • Contribute to on-going enhancements of the Deloitte DigitalF methodologies, always looking to improve your knowledge of Customer technology

You must have:

  • 6+ years of Customer Experience Design experience in consulting
  • Experience working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of the broader suite of Consulting services
  • A passion for thinking innovatively and harnessing technology to solve business problems
  • Strong understanding of and familiarity with the end-to-end Strategy to Implementation process
  • Familiarity with the business and customer value delivered with platform technologies (i.e. Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, Dynamics, native mobile, etc)
  • Experience in designing, leading and facilitating workshops or co-creation sessions
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and plan workload to meet deadlines
  • Experience of successful client delivery and engagement
