About the team

In Deloitte Managed Solutions (DMS), we work with clients who face complex regulatory changes and provide them with operational solutions to respond to the impact of these changes in a timely and cost sensitive manner. Within the DMS team, our Regulatory Managed Services (RMS) offering is built from our experience running large scale and high-volume operational projects for a variety of different businesses and organisations.


Businesses and organisations will face a significant amount of regulatory changes in the upcoming years and beyond. These changes are complex to implement due to the scope, scale and sensitivity involved. We have a proven ability to design, build and run scalable programs leveraging innovative technology to solve these problems for our clients. Our smart technology solutions supercharge the output of our programs and provide cost efficiency for our clients. That’s why they come to us!


Our clients trust us to support them through periods of regulatory change and help them deliver on complex operational challenges to their business. We offer services through these stages of operations:

  • Design and build - including developing operating models, processes, building frameworks for managing regulatory change, reporting, change management and governance;
  • Explore and customise technology innovations for program acceleration;
  • Conduct proof of concept / pilot programs to test and refine the approach  and
  • Delivery - set up, scale and execute the regulatory change program


You will be working as part of a multi-disciplined team, leading RMS projects using your technical legal and operations experience to deliver high quality work in line with agreed KPIs. You will be leading highly effective teams of talented and like-minded individuals who bring their expertise to deliver these projects for our clients.  Not only that, you will play a part in designing new RMS offerings, drafting client proposals, and participating in pursuit activity. Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We’re looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience within legal services, contract review or regulatory compliance (required)
  • Degree and qualifications in Law (required)
  • Proven capability leading projects and teams to deliver technical review work, including responsibilities managing quality, risk, productivity, as well as project essentials such as budgeting, forecasting, planning 
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience responding to complex and uncertain situations, and managing conflict
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex problems and operational processes into operable scalable solutions, with an innovative flair  
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior management on your own covering operational, IT & procurement stakeholders
  • Prior experience in remediation or working on large/compex programs such as regulatory change, complaint handling, claims processing and conduct risk reviews is highly regarded
  • Well-developed internal and external relationship management skills and mentoring junior members of the team
  • A dedicated work ethic and a hunger for development opportunities
