Date:  23 Jun 2026
Location:

Department:  Technology & Transformation
Description:

Job Requisition ID: 41363

  • Tackle big issues like cyber, trust, resilience and digital transformation
  • Be part of market-leading projects with global scale and complexity
  • Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters

What will your typical day look like?

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture and delivery. You'll lead cyber resilience engagements across recovery planning, incident response readiness, business continuity and disaster recovery, and operational resilience. That could mean shaping recovery strategies, assessing cloud and backup architecture, or guiding clients through complex resilience uplift programs using technologies like Dell PowerProtect, Commvault, Rubrik, Azure and AWS. The work has real consequence in sectors where resilience is critical. You'll support organisations in financial services, critical infrastructure and government to improve their ability to respond to disruption, recover essential services, and make confident decisions in moments that matter. Along the way, you'll help clients balance technical risk, regulatory expectations and operational realities.

As a Senior Manager, your scope goes beyond delivery alone. You'll build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, lead teams across fast-moving programs, and help grow Deloitte's cyber resilience capability in the market. It's a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, shaping propositions, and bringing together technical depth with clear strategic advice.

About the team

Deloitte's Cyber team helps organisations build security, resilience and trust into the way they operate and grow. Within that, cyber resilience focuses on how businesses prepare for, withstand and recover from disruption - from cyber incidents through to broader operational and technology failures. You'll be part of a team working across strategy, recovery, architecture and response, helping clients strengthen resilience where it matters most.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

  • 8-10 years of experience across cyber resilience, cyber recovery, incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery or operational resilience
  • Experience leading complex client engagements or large-scale resilience and recovery programs
  • Strong knowledge of backup, recovery and cloud architecture, including tools such as Dell PowerProtect, Commvault or Rubrik
  • Experience working across Azure and AWS environments
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and translating technical recovery issues into practical business decisions
  • A track record of leading teams, mentoring others and helping shape capability growth
  • Experience working with clients in financial services, critical infrastructure or government
