Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy

You will work with the senior leadership of Deloitte on key Corporate Strategy initiatives across the entire range of our businesses from Consulting, to  Financial Advisory Services, Risk Advisory Services, Tax & Legal and Audit & Assurance. You will be working in a dynamic and a fast-paced environment, during a really exciting period of growth and innovation for the firm. Your work will help shape key initiatives that drive Deloitte’s strategic agenda, including investments in new and existing businesses and ventures. You will be leveraging Monitor methods for our engagements and managing a team of experienced Strategy practitioners.


You are someone with:

  • 8+ years of strategy consulting experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm, strategy boutique or internal strategy function
  • You have strategy development experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience delivering strategy projects in areas such as corporate and portfolio strategy, growth strategy, investment business case, operating model and strategy-led transformation and/or
  • Proven experience completing market and industry dynamics assessments, Innovation and Ventures experience and M&A( strategy, due-diligence, synergy and post-deal value creation) experience
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to provide cut-through insight 
  • Demonstratable experience leading strategy consulting teams, mentoring and people management
  • Highly effective communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
