At Deloitte, we’re redefining how organisations manage HR, Payroll, and Workforce experiences with Oracle HCM Cloud. We’re searching for a Senior Manager who can lead transformation, inspire teams, and deliver solutions that truly make an impact - including leveraging AI-driven innovations to optimise workforce strategies.

The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind high-impact Oracle HCM Cloud projects, working with clients to design, implement, and optimise modern HR and Payroll solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud & Payroll solutions.
  • Turn business needs into integrated, scalable HR/Payroll processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and guide clients on best practice adoption.
  • Manage data migration, security configuration, integrations, reporting & analytics.
  • Introduce automation, AI-powered workflows, and process improvements.
  • Build lasting client relationships and support pre-sales (tender responses, demos).

About You

You’re an experienced HR technology leader with deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise and the ability to bridge business needs with technical delivery.

You bring:

  • Proven HR/Payroll implementation experience (Oracle HCM Cloud preferred).
  • Practical knowledge of AI in HR platforms—such as talent matching, predictive analytics, chatbots, and intelligent process automation.
  • Technical skills in:
    • Oracle HCM & Payroll data models
    • Oracle security model & Role-Based Access Controls
    • OTBI, OBI, BI Publisher reporting
    • Fast Formulas & data migration
    • SOAP & REST APIs
    • Integrations with third-party payroll solutions
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, or IT.
