We’re seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to support the delivery of our Partner Leadership Development and Succession initiatives, whilst contributing your creativity to build impactful learning experiences and your analytics and insights to support our partners’ careers.
What will your typical day look like?
As part of the team that manages ‘Partner Leadership Development’, your days will be varied. You will oversee several projects requiring you to liaise with key senior stakeholders from across the firm in relation to program contributions, responding to program participant queries, program scheduling and preparing program evaluation. You will also be able to build out your design and development skills over time. Equally important will be your data analytics capability through dashboard analysis, generating insights and reports to inform future Partner Talent Pipelining and development strategy. You will also support our budgeting, annual planning process and set up program offerings through the LMS and create and manage PowerPoint presentations.

You are someone with:
- A track record in the design, implementation and evaluation of Leadership programs with a passion for delivering memorable and meaningful experiences.
- A project management approach high on taking initiative, follow through and delivering value.
- Exposure to data analytics, insights and telling a story through data, supported by high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional relationship building skills with the confidence to engage and work with senior stakeholders.
- A strong sense of ‘teaming’ including flexibility and willingness to roll your sleeves up to get the job done.
- High quality PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as proficiency in hosting of Zoom and MS Teams sessions
- Energy and enthusiasm to embed technology, digital learning interventions leverage AI to enhance our development experiences.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset to always be growing your Learning and Development Skillset.
