This is a 12-month fixed-term Senior HR Manager opportunity within our high-performing Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) Talent team. As the Talent Lead for the Risk, Regulatory & Forensic portfolio, you’ll partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, influence organisational decisions and drive talent initiatives that enable business growth and performance.

What will your typical day look like?

Working closely with the SR&T Talent Director and senior business leaders, you'll act as the trusted Talent Lead across the Risk, Regulatory & Forensic portfolio, partnering with Portfolio and Offering Leaders to shape and deliver talent strategies that support business growth, workforce capability and a high-performing culture.

You’ll provide strategic advice across a broad range of talent priorities, including workforce planning, organisational design, succession and leadership pipeline planning, employee relations and performance management. Using workforce data and people insights, you’ll identify emerging trends and risks, challenge conventional thinking and influence strategic decisions that enhance both business performance and employee experience.

You’ll play a key role in navigating complex people matters, balancing commercial realities with people outcomes and ensuring leaders are equipped to confidently manage change, performance and talent decisions. You’ll bring a future-focused perspective, helping leaders anticipate talent implications and build the workforce capabilities needed to deliver on business priorities.

Success in this role comes through strong relationships, sound judgement and the ability to move between strategy and delivery. Along the way, you'll also provide leadership and coaching within the SR&T Talent team, coaching and developing a Senior HR Consultant while contributing to the capability of the broader team.
