What will your typical day look like?

No two days are the same as you take the lead on delivering HR operational excellence across the Tax & Legal business - managing day-to-day priorities, triaging employee, and leader queries, and driving process improvement to meet evolving business needs.

You’ll be involved in delivering outcomes across a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance improvement plans, conduct issues, or compliance obligations—ensuring issues are handled efficiently with care and consistency.

You'll also be heavily relied upon to maintain project management delivery across both strategic and cyclical HR initiatives within T&L, working closely in collaboration with your broader colleagues and stakeholders to drive seamless execution.

About the team

You will have:

  • Prior experience in a HR generalist or advisory role, with the confidence to work across multiple stakeholder groups and desire to grow into a trusted business partner.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different people and situations.
  • A hands-on mindset and strong focus on delivering consistent, high quality HR outcomes.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing employee relations cases, including underperformance, with a desire to further develop expertise in this space.
  • A passion for working collaboratively as part of a team and a desire to contribute to a high performing culture.

Advantageous:

  • A technology-first mindset, with a proactive approach to process improvement along with a curiosity for how technology can be used to enhance the employee experience and business outcomes alike.
  • Experience within people analytics, compiling large and/or different data sets in order to visualise and present insights to drive outcomes aligned to business strategy.
