Senior HR Advisor

What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same as you collaborate with your client groups whilst working with Talent teams across Leadership & Learning, Global Mobility, Employee Relations (ER) and Finance to deliver HR generalist support. With a focus on business partnering, organisational change, employee relations and HR advisory, this role also offers the opportunity to lead local projects and also support national projects in delivering employee life cycle experiences.

You are someone with:

  • Confidence working with and advising senior leaders on workforce design and HR advisory matters
  • The ability to advise and coach leaders on complex people related issues with sensitivity and develop their performance and capability
  • Experience in project management, delivery, change and case management to deliver strategic priorities 
  • Assist business leaders to resolve complex employee relations issues including conducting effective, thorough and objective undertakings.
  • Knowledge and ability to provide subject matter advice and guidance on organizational design/redesign, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Ability to work with and interpret people data and convey insights and recommended actions to a range of audiences including leadership teams
  • Resilience to adapt to competing priorities and consistently deliver high quality outcomes
