We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor/Senior Consultant to join our high-performing Audit & Assurance HR team. This role would suit someone who builds trusted relationships across all levels, enjoys partnering with leaders and is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive experience for our people.
What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same as you collaborate with local and national client groups whilst working with Talent teams across Leadership and Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility and Employee Relations to deliver HR generalist support to our Audit & Assurance business.
As a trusted advisor to our leaders, the role also offers the opportunity to support in practice and national projects and help deliver employee lifecycle experience, as well as focus on workforce planning and transformation.

You will have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a comparable HR advisory or business partnering role
- Strong HR business partnering capability, with proven experience building trusted stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrixed environment
- Well-developed HR generalist skills, including the ability to interpret data insights, use AI responsibly and contribute to workforce planning and future-focused talent initiatives
- Confidence managing Employee Relations matters with sound judgement, discretion and care
- Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leaders at all levels
- A strategic mindset, with curiosity, resilience, tenacity and a strong focus on outcomes
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver creative, practical talent solutions
