We have an exciting opportunity to join the Learning Experience (LX) team as a Senior Consultant - Top Talent Programs & Learning with a dedicated, initial focus on top talent.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of learning initiatives, starting with supporting the design and delivery of key firmwide Top Talent programs including Inspiring Women, Discover Your Partner Potential (DPP), and a new suite of top talent offerings. You’ll help shape large-scale, experience-driven programs that that bring together senior leaders, high-potential cohorts and immersive development moments.
What will your typical day look like?
You’ll work across the end-to-end delivery of learning and leadership programs - partnering with stakeholders and managing multiple moving parts to bring engaging learning experiences to life. With a growth mindset and a love of change, you’ll balance hands-on project delivery with innovation, gaining exposure to a wide range of initiatives and opportunities to build a meaningful career in Learning.

The LX team is responsible for architecting, curating, and delivering meaningful learner experiences and resources so that our people have access to the right learning at the right time to grow enduring human and leadership capabilities throughout their entire career journey. Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
- Experience delivering programs, events or large-scale initiatives, ideally within learning, leadership development or talent environments
- Demonstrated project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning programs and assets
- The ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and other stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate design concepts and feedback
- Change management skills, with the ability to plan and implement change initiatives
- Ability to think flexibly, to learn and solve complex problems
- Deep curiosity and agility in learning new topics quickly
- Creativity and innovation in designing engaging and impactful learning solutions
- Facilitation capability across all mediums; virtual and instructor lead learning
- Preferably proven instructional and human centred design experience
