Senior Consultant | Strategic & Technology Change | All Locations
- Deliver high-quality, client-ready work that supports measurable transformation outcomes.
- Lead defined streams of organisation and technology-enabled change, managing priorities, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Build your career in a collaborative team with coaching, flexible work options and market-leading family support.
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Organisation & Work Transformation team, specialising in Strategic & Technology Change. You will help clients turn strategy and technology investment into practical changes in how people work, how organisations operate and how transformation is sustained.
What will your typical day look like?
From post-merger integration and organisation redesign through to technology adoption and new ways of working, you'll lead defined workstreams that help clients move from ambition to action. That means shaping plans, managing risks and dependencies, and delivering change interventions that support adoption, readiness and measurable transformation outcomes.
Working closely with client stakeholders, project leaders and blended delivery teams, you'll turn qualitative and quantitative insights into practical recommendations. You'll help translate business needs into change approaches that are grounded, achievable and aligned to the broader transformation program.
No two projects will feel quite the same. Some days will centre on stakeholder engagement, governance and status reporting; others on designing workshops, guiding junior team members, or partnering with functional teams to understand the people impacts of major technology programs like SAP or Oracle. Throughout it all, you'll use AI and firm tools responsibly to lift quality, efficiency and insight.
About the team
Organisation & Work Transformation sits within Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting practice. The team helps clients redesign how work gets done by combining business strategy, people strategy and transformation delivery. From operating model and organisation design through to culture, leadership, workforce strategy and major program change, the work is focused on building more agile, effective and future-ready organisations.
Enough about us, let's talk about you
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
- 4+ years' experience in professional services, government, industry, or another project-based transformation environment
- Strong experience delivering organisation and technology-enabled change across diagnosis, planning, implementation, adoption and benefits realisation
- Demonstrate managing workstream plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
- The ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitate discussions and tailor messages to your audience
- Experience gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative information, then turning it into practical recommendations
- A collaborative style, with the ability to support junior team members, share knowledge and contribute to team effectiveness
- Exposure to major technology implementations such as SAP, Oracle or similar, including the people and change implications
- Desirable but not essential: the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance
