Senior Consultant - Resource Management

What will your typical day look like?

Based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, your key responsibility is to ensure timely process for project staffing requests, prioritize requests, resolve assignment conflicts, address changing staffing needs, provide complete and regular active assignments, available supply, and customer demand status reporting, forecasts, and analysis. Collaborate effectively with internal partners and provide detailed resource allocation, availability and forecast overviews.

The Resource Management looks after identifying, negotiating, allocating and managing the resources, such as individuals and their skills, finances, required for a project. This team ensures that internal resources are used effectively on time and to budget and advises business about best resourcing practices & works with high level of excel proficiency.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. 
You are someone with: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in resource management, recruitment and/or operations
  • Demonstrated experience in resource management or workforce planning, with experience in professional services being an advantage.
  • Organized, detail oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Able to manage, educate, develop, and consult with internal stakeholders and leaders
  • Experience preparing, interpreting, and analysing data and reports.
  • Strong MS Office skills in particular MS Excel.
  • A high level of attention to detail, who is a highly organised self-starter.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling conflicting priorities.
