The Deloitte HR Transformation team provides a complete range of specialised services across the world’s foremost Human Resources, Payroll & Workforce Management solutions including industry leaders SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and Workday and we are recognised by clients and the industry as a leading provider of solutions, services and support.


What will your typical day look like?


As a PeopleSoft CS Student Financials/ Records Consultant you will:


  • Serve as a functional lead and business analyst for a PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Student Financial and Records module implementations, upgrades, and support
  • Support the Student Financial / Records module and work closely with a functional architect
  • Test, debug and drive continuous improvement of the product
  • Use your familiarity of higher education processes to develop under a mentor and support clients
  • Utilise your strong communication skills and MS PowerPoint development and presentation skills

You are someone who has experience in providing professional PeopleSoft Campus Solutions consulting, implementation, upgrade or support services, with strong customer service skills and the ability to build exceptional client relationships.


  • Solid experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Consulting or providing Support Services, for example, design, configuration, testing, training material creation
  • Certified in PeopleSoft or equivalent industry experience
  • Understanding in new PeopleSoft technologies, for example, AWE, Fluid, Event Mapping etc would be highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills, in particular in leadership roles, e.g. leading customer meetings.
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to gain commitment from others.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Understand when to escalate.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
