Are you passionate about working with clients to transform their businesses through technology?  We have a passionate and driven team who are looking for others who are passionate about working with clients on their most complex transformation programs.

 

What will your typical day look like?

Our Technology Enablement team within HC specialise in working with our clients to navigate the changes associated with the introduction of new technology and business transformation.  We work closely with our clients on a range of people related challenges including:

  • Large ERP Implementations:  Working closely with our technology and client teams to build readiness for change in line with the business and technology changes which occur with ERP implementations. 
  • Cloud Solutions:  Leveraging agile practices and expertise to assist clients in moving to the cloud with a wide range of technologies, this includes supporting changes to the business and the supporting technology teams as a result of cloud operating models.  
  • Integrating Future of Learning:  Delivering learning for our programs differently, in line with how people prefer to learn in today’s society. 
  • Readiness Monitoring:  Quantifying and qualifying readiness for any change so that clients can better track and monitor their change ROI.  

 

As a Senior Consultant in our team you will enable your clients to deliver strategic transformations in their organisations through high impact experiences that deliver true business value and lasting results. You will lead a stream of work to understand the human element of change and design and deliver activities to build readiness where it is needed across our clients organisations.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you   

We are looking for experienced human capital practitioners with 4+ years of experience looking to apply your skills and learn more from the Organisational Transformation and Technology Enablement communities.  We are looking for diverse skill sets that include a cross-section of the following:

  • Experience in delivering technology driven change projects (SAP, Oracle, WorkDay, Salesforce, etc.) including planning and conducting workplace or organisation change in large or complex organisations, workshop facilitation, and design for business including persona development, storytelling and design thinking
  • Experience across multiple business domains or industries 
  • Lead the development of deliverables and key work products, bringing together inputs from junior team members and/or client representatives 
  • Driven Technology Adoption with experience in S4Hana as highly regarded
  • Understanding and ability to bring together technical and business related concepts and information 
  • Passion for the complexity and challenge presented with technology implementations 
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Developed effective Communications incorporating storytelling
  • Defined and managed Workforce Transition and organisational design activities is highly regarded 
  • Experience in development and delivering training materials is highly regarded
