About the team

Sitting within Human Capital Consulting, our team are:

  1. Strategic advisors to the CHRO with an ability to look at the HR function objectively and holistically.
  2. Technology specialists with an ability to provide HCM solution agnostic advice based on our understanding of how technology enables an organisation’s broader transformation agenda.
  3. HR transformation specialists that bring a transformation lens to all stages of a technology implementation.
  4. Designers who work across all aspects of our services.

What will your typical day look like?

You’ll have the opportunity to transform HR functions across all industries across three core focus areas:

  1. HR strategy and employee experience - we focus on building the culture and capabilities HR functions need to deliver. New technologies, platforms, processes and systems are meaningless without the capability to leverage them to
the fullest. After all, it’s the HR professionals who are truly impacting and delivering the employee experience.
  2. HR technology strategy - we provide technology agnostic strategic advisory services, including business case, vendor selection and HR technology roadmap creation. Our work in this area allows us to build credibility and relationships early with our clients, set the stage for ongoing transformation and implementation work, and bring innovative, creative solutions to our clients that differentiate us in the marketplace.
  3. Operational effectiveness - we optimise core HR processes to keep HR relevant – think processes honed by design thinking, applications tuned with digital technology and services tailored for a seamless employee experience. We help organisations put disruptive trends to work in an HR operating model built to deliver impact the business values

As well as this, you will:

  • Work collaboratively across multiple service lines and alongside service line leaders to deliver best in class solutions to our clients; design and participate in client workshops.
  • Develop project deliverables.
  • Participate in practice development activities to continually develop your skills and grow your knowledge.
  • Providing insight, innovation and thought leadership to clients on the latest thinking across HR.
  • Challenging clients to think commercially from a holistic organisational perspective and not solely from a HR viewpoint.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the business by delivering sales opportunities.
