We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing team at Deloitte. 

 

What will your typical day look like?  

 

You will play a key role in partnering with AU leadership teams and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to shape and execute strategic and operational workforce planning initiatives that align with the organisation’s future workforce needs. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workforce planning processes within Deloitte, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure workforce strategies are in sync with business goals and objectives. Your leadership will identify critical workforce needs, talent management initiatives and support service delivery transformation.   

 

About the team

You’ll be a part of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing team that sits at the heart of a network of passionate professionals and an integral part of our Talent function.

The team is led by the National Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Director who reports directly into the Firm’s CHRO. We are a passionate and committed team who are progressive yet pragmatic in our aspirations. And like yourself, we believe that we need to continue to bring new and different ways of thinking to solve the challenges businesses of today face.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or HR background
  • Strong project management
  • Clear and confident communication
  • Problem-solving and execution
  • Building relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Strong analytical and research abilities
