Join Deloitte's Global Board team as a Senior Consultant based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth, working in a hybrid model while supporting governance priorities and leadership forums that operate on a global scale.
What will your typical day look like?
You'll help coordinate the rhythm of Deloitte's key global governance forums, including Board Committees, the Deloitte Global Board, the Community of Chairs, and the Independent Non-Executive Advisory Council. That means shaping agendas, tracking actions and approvals, preparing briefings and presentations, and keeping governance records accurate, current and easy to navigate.
A big part of the role is making sure senior leaders and stakeholders have what they need to make effective decisions. Working closely with the Global Board Secretary, Committee support teams, and colleagues across Finance, Risk, IT and CoRE, you'll help connect moving parts across a complex global environment where quality, judgement and discretion really matter.
You'll also contribute to governance projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen how the Global Chair's Office works. From onboarding new Board members to improving governance resources, digital collaboration platforms and reporting processes, this is a role where strong organisation, sound judgement and a proactive mindset will make a visible difference.
