What will your typical day look like?
- Uncover behavioural shifts, change readiness and adoption barriers through impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Design and execute targeted change strategies, integrating behaviour change methodologies into communications, training, and engagement plans
- Facilitate strategic workshops and leadership forums to build alignment, accelerate behaviour change, and drive successful adoption across the organisation.
About the team
As a Senior Consultant – Change at Deloitte, you'll play a pivotal role in leading impactful, people-centred change initiatives, aligning business and technology strategy with human needs to deliver lasting organisational outcomes. Within our Experience and Change team, you'll design and implement strategic change management plans to deliver on Deloitte's major transformation programs.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you'll identify change impacts, build targeted strategies, and drive successful adoption across the firm. Your strategic focus on behavioural change and engagement will enable meaningful transformations that deliver genuine business value.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- 4–6 years' experience in change management, with deep knowledge of change methodologies, and proven ability to deliver strategies and tailor approaches to specific organisational contexts and project needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experienced in engaging senior stakeholders and simplifying complex ideas
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities, comfortable facilitating groups and building consensus
- Demonstrated experience preparing impactful communications, training content, and change collateral
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative methods to measure and track change effectiveness
- Interest in leveraging innovative methods, including emerging technologies like AI, to enhance change outcome
