We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Automation Centre of Excellence, based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across large-scale, enterprise programs. You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive meaningful change, improve processes and help organisations work smarter through automation.

What will your typical day look like?

Day to day, you’ll be partnering with stakeholders to deeply understand business processes, uncover automation opportunities and translate ideas into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll analyse current-state processes, assess feasibility for automation and work closely with RPA developers to design and deliver effective solutions.

In this role, you’ll facilitate workshops, create process documentation and user stories, and help guide delivery using agile ways of working. You’ll also monitor the performance of automated processes, identify opportunities for improvement and provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and outcomes are delivered.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

4–5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, with RPA experience preferred
Strong understanding of business processes, process improvement and re-engineering
Experience working on enterprise-level or transformational programs
Proven experience delivering business analysis in agile environments
Ability to analyse complex data, business rules and process relationships
Experience acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, including confidence presenting to senior audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, changing environments
A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
