We are seeking a Senior Analyst or Manager to join our Financial Risk Management team, working across a diverse portfolio of financial risk, model validation, and audit support engagements.
This role offers exposure to traded market risk, derivatives and financial instruments, and Treasury-related engagements, supporting leading banking clients on complex and high-impact work.
What will your typical day look like?
- Deliver financial risk and model validation engagements, particularly across traded market risk and credit risk
- Support audit engagements related to financial instruments, including derivatives valuation and fair value assessments
- Contribute to Treasury and balance sheet risk-related projects, including liquidity and funding risk
- Assess and challenge models, methodologies, and risk frameworks
- Work collaboratively across teams, flexing across projects depending on client demand
- Engage with stakeholders across Risk, Treasury, Finance, and Audit functions
About The Team
Our Financial Risk Management team works across market risk, credit risk, and financial instruments, supporting both advisory and audit engagements. We combine deep technical expertise with practical delivery capability across banking and financial services clients.

We’re looking for candidates with experience in financial risk, modelling, or financial instruments, ideally within a consulting firm or financial institution.
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
- 4+ years’ experience in market risk, credit risk, model validation, or financial instruments
- Exposure to derivatives, valuation, or financial instruments audit support
- Experience working with or reviewing risk or pricing models
- Strong interest in financial markets and risk management
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset
- Experience with tools such as Python, R, SQL, or MATLAB
- Exposure to Treasury or balance sheet risk (liquidity, funding, ALM)
- Prior experience supporting audit engagements
