In response to the growing demand for our team’s Financial Risk and Regulatory Transformation services, we are looking to hire problem solvers to join our national team, delivering market leading advice and practical solutions that make a material impact to our clients, our people and society.  We are looking for Senior Analysts and Managers with 4-8 years’ experience either in-industry or with professional services firms, both globally and here in Australia.

Using your unique skills and experience, you’ll support transformational change in credit risk management across our clients – encompassing  people, process, data and technology changes underpinning Credit Risk Transformation programs; and helping embed risk and regulatory driven change in the business through effective strategies, intelligent controls and assurance processes.

Some of the work we do includes:
•    Provide credit risk advice and develop effective credit risk strategies across all credit risk management activities and processes from originations and underwriting, through to customer management, collections, and recoveries
•    Develop credit risk appetite and management frameworks, supporting clients to translate business strategies into clear set of metrics and advising on key credit risk management principles to protect and deliver the business strategy
•    Transforming the ways clients leverage people, technology, data, business processes and controls, to better manage their credit risks and raise productivity
•    Develop, assess, and provide advice relating to quantitative models for risk rating, credit decision-making, capital management, provisioning, and stress-testing using advanced analytical methods
•    Support the delivery of a portfolio of projects across a range of industries focusing on providing our clients with evidence based actionable insights to reduce risk and improve compliance across the credit lifecycle
•    Working both autonomously, and closely with colleagues, Directors and Partners to bring the best of our global network and thought leadership to clients, manage large change and business remediation programs, and respond to the requirements of key regulatory bodies


Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
•    Understanding of the credit risk management lifecycle and associated credit risk frameworks, policies, procedures, and strategies
•    Experience in credit risk and compliance approaches, methodologies and techniques; governance; data risk; emerging regulation or conduct issues
•    Experience in reviewing, supporting and building risk management frameworks, or elements thereof such as risk management strategies, risk appetite statements, risk reporting, risk assessments and risk systems
•    Industry, analytics, assurance, audit, or previous international consulting experience would be highly regarded
•    Highly developed business communication skills, both verbally and in visual form
•    Proficiency in data analytics, data science and interrogation using tools such as SAS, R, Python and/or SQL with analytical outputs and ad-hoc analysis undertaken quickly and effectively, and of high quality
•    Experience in developing/Validating/Monitoring Credit Risk Models (PD/LGD/EAD), and / or IFRS9 models, and a detailed understanding of Capital Adequacy (APS112/APS113) and prudential standards, guidelines, and reporting requirements will be valued, but not mandatory
•    Ensuring deliverables meet stakeholders’ expectations directly or via team members and will have the ability to operate in a cross-functional environment, resolve conflicts, drive decisions, and manage ambiguity. 
•    To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when working in diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture
•    You will also be developing effective working relationships with project team members & senior client stakeholders. 
•    You will be managing stakeholder expectations related to deliverables and strategy to influence outcomes, and will also be leveraging traditional and agile delivery experience to influence planning and delivery to achieve goals.
•    You will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and independently deliver, and you will foster a team culture that is adaptable to changing needs and supports team members
