We are looking for people with SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and/or SuccessFactors Onboarding Recruiting Management skills in the Senior Consultant level in our practice.  At Deloitte, you will work in an award-winning team of SAP SuccessFactors professionals. What will your typical day look like?

As a SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and/or SuccessFactors Onboarding Recruiting Management professional, your day-to-day you might be:

  • Consulting with the team lead and building the solution independently.
  • Lead solution playbacks.
  • Support the Lead Consultant on Functional and Data Migration workshops.
  • Support data migration activities.
  • Provide support for UAT and go-live.
  • Conduct system admin training.
  • Managing project expectations on deliverables and timelines.
  • Project documentation including configuration and unit testing.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You will have the following:

  • A minimum of 3+ years with hands-on configuration knowledge in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) and/or SuccessFactors Onboarding Recruiting Management (RCM) is essential.
  • Advanced module expertise with practical project delivery experience.
  • Ability to QA/QC the work of junior staff and mentor junior staff.
  • Capability to lead smaller workstreams.
  • Completion of at least 3 ONB and/or RCM implementations.
  • Data migration experience would be beneficial.
  • Professional mindset and behaviour – be responsible and responsive.
  • Interacting and engaging effectively through workshops and meetings with project lead and team members to deliver a world class HR Transformation solution.
  • Meeting your project deliverables through meeting your individual deadlines and ensuring project scope is maintained.
  • Strong level of experience in gathering, assessing and developing the solution from the business requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Customer service focused and problem-solving approach.
  • An excellent communicator who is able to convey system configurations to a business language which can be understood by the business users.
  • A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new functionalities, adapt to a client’s changing needs and project scopes.
  • A team player who works well with other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Analytical mindset that is able to translate complex business requirements into system configurations.
  • Experience in working across multiple projects at any one time.
  • Strategic thinking to align client needs with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Proactive risk identification and mitigation.
  • Initiative in proposing optimisations and innovations.
  • Strong sense of ownership and leadership within project teams.
