What will you experience in your typical day?

Firstly, you will be engaged in exciting client transformation programs and delivering our clients' the latest end-to-end SAP solutions. 

As a Manager or Senior Manager role, we expect you to: 

Be a key contributor to our award-winning Reporting and Analytics Capability.

  • Lead and support business development activities, including pre-sales activities (i.e. proposals).
  • Coach and support members within our SAP practice on their career progress journey.

Lead project delivery teams throughout the client's transformation journey. It includes:

  • Lead client-facing workshops by demonstrating sound functional and industry knowledge
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art solutions incorporating solution best practices
  • Adopt and incorporate Deloitte's leading market tools and methodologies in the engagements.
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art architecture by demonstrating a broad knowledge of the SAP solutions in the Reporting and Analytics space.

About the Team

Deloitte's SAP Enterprise Technology and Performance practice helps clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software, and this team is expanding rapidly.

We are seeking talented Managers & Senior Managers to supplement our expert team and become critical members of Deloitte's growing SAP practice. 

Outside of your client diligence, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte's SAP practice. We are looking for future leaders, and we offer training to ensure every member has the potential to become a prolific leader.

If you are someone with these core experiences:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of five years of delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions. 
  • Functional background with solid relationships amongst client's senior stakeholders and broad expertise in developing analytical solutions.
  • Solid hands-on experience. 

Core skills:

  • Data Management solutions: SAP BW/4HANA, Data Warehouse Cloud and HANA Native Development
  • SAP Reporting tools: SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Programming skills: ABAP, CDS and SQL Development

Desirable and differential skills:

  • EPM solutions: SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, BPC Classic or Netweaver.
  • Non-SAP Reporting and Analytics tools. For instance: PowerBI, Tableau.
  • ETL tools, such as BO Data Services and Data Intelligence.
  • Certifications in this space.

Functional and Leadership Skills:

  • The candidate must demonstrate a sound functional knowledge in core process areas, including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources. 
  • The candidate must demonstrate solid leadership skills, including managing a wide range of stakeholders and technical teams and coordination across engagement streams.
  • The candidate must demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills.
