What your typical day will look like:

  • Help to build our award-winning SAP practice at Deloitte.
  • Lead the delivery of SAP EPPM solutions that will transform clients’ Portfolio and Project Management functions.
  • Work on cutting edge technologies to develop assets that will disrupt the project management domain.
  • Grow Deloitte’s SAP practice by leading sales pursuits and developing business cases for clients to address their business needs using SAP technology and best practices.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with client executives and key advisors.
  • Be an expert on SAP EPPM modules and related business processes within the Deloitte SAP practice.
  • Work with other Deloitte leaders on complex business transformation projects and pursuits.
  • Lead teams of consultants (onshore and/or offshore), and build your own and your team’s expertise in SAP and EPPM.
  • Become an active part of the Deloitte community and leadership.

 

About the Team
Deloitte's Enterprise Technology & Performance SAP practice helps clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.

We are seeking a talented SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) Manager/Senior Manager to become a critical member of Deloitte’s growing SAP practice. This role will be will require you to work on client sites, supporting them throughout the whole project life cycle from Blueprint to Go Live and Support.

Outside of your client facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s SAP practice. We are looking for leaders of the future, and we offer training to ensure every Consultant has the potential to make it to the top. Enough about us, let's talk about you.

You are someone with:

  1. Minimum 7 years experience in SAP EPPM modules (PS, PPM, CPM, IM).
  2. Experience of at least 3 end-to-end SAP EPPM implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
  3. Deep technical and functional expertise in SAP EPPM, including its cross-functional integration points and related concepts/processes, including record-to-report, Investment Portfolio Management, Capital Project Management.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (English).
  5. Strong client engagement skills, with experience of working with executives and building good, trusting relationships with them.
  6. Experience in effectively managing teams of 5+, including offshore teams.
  7. Leadership capabilities, with the ability to coach the team, drive change, analyse and resolve risks and issues and manage tight deadlines.
  8. Experience in leading or being involved in sales pursuits for SAP related work.

  10. SAP Certified in EPPM modules is an added advantage.
